The following link is for a recipe that I grew up eating. This is my variation of pork and saeurkraut. I love this! Pork is a meat that we don't always think about buying when we are in the grocery store. Many times you can get a good price on a family pack. I like the boneless,thick cut pork chops. They are also delicious when you grill them after marinating in garlic and olive oil. Yum! Try my recipe and leave me feedback!!!
