This is an easy recipe for broccoli and cheddar cheese soup. It is simple to do and you can make the broccoli soft or firm, depending on your taste. No need to add salt to this recipe, the salt comes from the cheese! A little fresh ground black pepper is tasty though. Enjoy this with some fresh bread and stay warm!
