There are always two ways to see something. On day 7 of my quest to be grateful, I find I am not struggling the way I was a week ago.
I'm hardly perfect and I certainly have my moments but it is getting easier to feel good.
Bad stuff/ challenging experiences and negativity is still very much around but instead of getting sucked in by it I am choosing how I react.
No matter what happens I have to keep believing that good is on the horizon.
I feel it.
I have so much to be grateful for and although the road ahead is still bumpy, I feel smoother patches coming along.
