It is tough to find a job; no doubt about that. Once you have one and you work for a large corporation it can be frustrating to see what goes on.
It doesn't seem to matter to many employers what employees do just as long as money is being made.
As someone who takes a certain amount of pride in what they do and is ready to be held accountable for their actions, it is maddening to see how co-workers slack without being held accountable.
Rules are ignored when an employee is making money for the company.
At this time in my life all I can do is keep on keeping on even though a big part of me just wants to throw in the towel and run.
Rent has to be paid so off to work I go.
Let this be a lesson to the younger generation. Get an education and have plenty of options. Never keep your eggs in just one basket. That basket might not be what's best for you.
